About Snowboard Coach

Snowboard Coach was the first and original independent snowboard coaching company in the UK established in 2002 by Ash Newnes, one of the most respected coaches in the UK snowboard scene and ex K2 team rider.

Snowboard Coach deliver a variety of UK based riding courses in many of the indoor snow centres and mountain riding improvement and freestyle courses/holidays at our Pyrenees winter base of Arinsal in Andorra.

We are the only UK coaching company who hold full accreditation that allows us to deliver these approved riding courses AND we also have the qualifications to train and certify those of you who want to be snowboard instructors. We are qualified to do this for all the snowboard governing bodies in Great Britain.

Level 2 Instructor Program Update for 2014

We are pleased to announce that this year we acheived 100% pass rate with our 10 week Instructor crew. Something that snowboard Coach and the candidates are super proud of. A lot of hard work went into it from everyone and the Champagne and Jager was flowing on the Friday night. Our 3 week program acheived an 80% pass rate which is equally commendable but also shows what 10 weeks can do for your riding. Want to join us next year then request our 2014 L2 info pack.

Andorra Riding / Freestyle Weeks for 2014 Season

A great response to our riding and freestyle weeks for 2013 - so much so we are already taking bookings for our winter program for 2014. We our new bed and breakfast option from only £599 all in. Thats transfers, coaching all week, full area lift pass AND 2* hotel accomodation with full buffet breakfast each morning, its easy to see why. We also have our Half Board option where you get an upgraded 3* hotel with breakfast AND a 3 course evening meal each night AND free coffee and hot wine in the afternoon from only £785 all in. BASI Level 1 courses for summer 2013 are Underway.

All of our BASI Level 1 instructor course dates are in and the courses are underway at Hemel Snow Centre and Tamworth Snowdome. Milton Keynes dates are still TBC. For a full info pack and the actaul dates plese email us.

Snowboard Coach to run UKCP Level 1 program.

For those looking at getting into freestyle coaching and for BASI Level 2 and 3 Instructors looking at gaining this module for the ISIA stamp. Snowboard Coach will be putting a program of courses together for the summer 2013 and for the winter 2014. More info to follow or to register your interest please get in touch via email.
