All Snowboard Coach mountain courses for Winter 2012 will take place in Bansko, Bulgaria. So if you are looking for a great week away that will improve your riding or your freestyle then come and join us.
Any level of recreational rider is welcome on our mountain courses, as long as you are reasonably happy on a snowboard then our performance and freestyle weeks will improve your riding. The way we run the week and the safe progressions we use means that everyone will come away with a clear understanding of what's going on with their riding and what they need to do to get better. Most importantly you will know how to get better.
Each day (Mon-Fri) will consist of 3 hours worth of coaching. This leaves the time around these sessions free for practice, relaxing or whatever you want to do. We will also have an evening of video feedback.
Our mountain course packages include return transfers from Sofia airport, all coaching for the 5 days, video feedback and accommodation for the duration. The prices is the same for any week of the season and starts from an amazing £299 per person (based on 4 people sharing).
If you need equipment for the week then we can arrange that locally for you to save on board carriage from the UK. We use Burton LTR gear so no dodgy 80's boards. This is an extra cost of £65 for the week.
5 Day Riding
Our Mountain Performance Courses are all about advancing your riding in the mountains - both on and off piste and in all type of terrain. So if the conditions are steep, deep, bumpy, icy, slushy, or just fresh groomed piste - you'll know how to ride them.
We will be looking at how we ride all the terrain properly from steeps to carving and exploring some secret powder. Of course we will also be looking at how all this technique works in the park with our trademark "Freestyle Friday".
With flights to Sofia starting from as little at £30 from wizz air and Easy Jet, it'll be a bargain week. Supplements will be in place if people don't want to share rooms etc. Enquiry to contact us with your requirements for a specific price if that's the case.

5 Day Freestyle
Our Mountain Freestyle Snowboard Courses are all about advancing your freestyle in the outdoors with no roof or walls to hold you back. Not only do we spend time in the park but we also show you how to use the whole mountain from natural hits to powder lips. Our program is designed to make you a more versatile freestyle rider.
The first day will be a quick tech session as having a solid riding position is crucial to being a good freestyle rider. We will then look at how to ride what the park has to offer from flat bars to boxes to kickers. Using safe progressions that work on building confidence and skill. What is unique to us at Snowboard Coach is that we then work on the mountains natural park. We show you how to ride natural hits and natural wall rides as well as tree slides and wind lip drops. We believe this will make you more aware and a more versatile all round rider.

Private Lessons
Not everyone wants to book on a course or with a group. If you want coaching to suit you, where you want it, and when you want it, on a Mountain or in the UK at one of the indoor centres, then we can help.
Our private sessions are focused totally on you or you and a few friends. We work on whatever part of you're snowboarding you like and making sure that you progress at your rate. No one holding you back, not feeling like you're slowing someone down.
So if you're a total beginner or you want to get onto the British team or just hit you're first rail, we can help. Our prices are as competitive as the centres themselves, but the advantage is that you are obviously getting one of the Snowboard coach crew so your lesson is with the highest qualified instructors in the UK.
