NEW for 2008/09 Season - Back Country programs
New for this coming season we will be running back country programs. We will be having weeks specially designed for "beginners in the back country". This is a 5 day in resort program that builds up a knowledge to take your first steps (or turns) off piste and doing it safely, using some of the resorts easier off piste. We then build up to a out of resort hike towards the end of the week. All safety equipment will be included in the price.
For the more accomplished off piste rider we will be running full on 5 day all inclusive tours in Romania, 1, 2, 3 and 4 day tours in and around Bansko using the Pirin, Rhodopi and Rila mountain ranges, with a route on one that takes us into the most beautiful Monastery in the whole of the Balkans. The longer duration courses will include accommodation in the mountains at local houses and huts to really sample the atmosphere of being in the back country.
Also for those that don't like to hike too much we have CAT riding options. This has many options and durations and minimum will include an overnight stay in the mountains with food and transport from Bansko. Prices on this will start from £200 per person.
