I bought the apartment off plan 2 years ago and obviously chose the best location in town near the gondola and had the pick of the best apartment in the complex and I was able to design it as I wanted it. This isn't a 30k apartment that you see advertised in the papers, in Bansko you pay your money and take your choice, there is a reason why an apartment is 30k...it'll be miles away from anywhere and it will be about 30sqm!

It has a small bar our Method shop and Snow School as well as sauna and jacuzzi "spa" area in the basement. 24 hour reception as well. Being so close to the gondola and having our Method Snow School below it is excellent for rental and average rent is approx £350 per week. I have rents lined up thorough out the season which I will pass onto the buyer.
The reason for sale is simply with hindsight I shouldn't live above where I work, I don't really get a day off as if I am at home I get called to deal with something in the shop. I am moving out of town so I travel to work and when I get home that's it. We are both gutted especially my girlfriend as she spent a lot of time planning, painting buying extra furniture etc to make it a really beautiful apartment.
You are getting a stunning apartment that has had thought and a lot of money spent on it. The price reflects the potential in this. If I had the money and could hold on for a few more years then I would but we need the money to buy something else away from town so that we can drive in everyday .....something which we can do.
Apartment is being sold at local agencies for €96,995 (EURO's) but I will let it go for €92,995 Euros fully furnished for a quick sale, which is a bargain as that is what it cost me off plan. That also includes everything down to the knives, forks, tv etc.....That works out at only €1,430 per sqm. Next door is 80% sold selling at €1,850 per sqm.
